I have had chronic back & hip pain for years as a result of having scoliosis. As I aged, my muscle & joint pain increased. I have intense lower back discomfort, tight hamstrings & an elevated left hip. No mater what I did to try to reduce pain, it always came back within three to four days. Then, I began working with Tiffany! Tiffany is extremely professional & very thorough during the initial assessment. Upon gathering information, Tiffany created a tailor made fitness plan that included: stretching, core strengthening & muscle toning. In addition to an individualized fitness plan, she recommended training equipment that increased posture & midsection support. Besides professionalism, Tiffany is such a genuine, kind spirited person! She does frequent check ins, sends motivational texts, but most of all, she meets clients where they are! I could barely touch my toes & was soooo stiff, but she stated, “that’s ok, we'll get there”. Here we are! A few months later, my muscle tightness & back feels 80% better. My flexibility is much better & my core feels stronger. I can also see a crop top in my future!
